Church Event Ministry
Ministry Mission:
To reach out to the community and our church through organized events that make others feel welcomed.
Serve Teams: Reaching out to the comunity and in to our church are some of the most important things Fair Haven Baptist Church can do. We host regular events at our church facility that need the involvement of our congregation.

· Monthly Fellowships
Kitchen/Hospitality:
· Team Members needed to set up, tear down, and maintain kitchen area, and coffee and donut areas before service
· Commitment Requirement: Once a Week
Event Workers:
· Team Members needed to set up, tear down, and man events held as community outreaches such as Fall Festival. Church Event workers also organize church events such as Communion, Pastor Appreciation, etc.
· Commitment Requirement: As Needed
Event Coordinators:
· Team Members needed to organize events in the community and within the church.
· Commitment Requirement: As Needed.
Fundraisers:
· Team Members needed to coordinate fundraising events for all church outreaches and in-reaches within the congregation.
· Commitment Requirement: Quarterly+, As Needed.
Monthly Fellowships:
· Team Members needed to set up, tear down, and man monthly fellowships.
· Commitment Requirement: Once a Month.
